‘"For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the Lord GOD. "Therefore turn and live!"’ (Ezekiel 18:32)
God is not a sadistic powerful being who delights in killing all that oppose Him. Instead, He is a loving God, not willing that any should perish, and inviting us all to come to Him with all of our sin and our despair and cast it upon Him. All we need to do is turn, and live!
